Dear customers,
we have news for you in the form of a self-service sample box for laboratory testing, which has been installed in the parking lot of SVU Prague.
The box is located on the right side outside wall of the Memory Pet Point, which is located in the first part of the parking lot in our premises. The box is accessible 24 hours a day and the maximum size of the sample to be placed in the box is 29 cm x 10 cm x 10 cm. The sample must be properly packaged along with completed application form, which can be downloaded here.
How do I place my samples in the box?
- Samples can be placed in the box by entering the number code "22333" at the entrance door to Memory Pet Point.
- After entering the code, the outer box will be unlocked for 20 seconds (it is necessary to go around to the right side wall of the Memory Pet Point during this time interval), after which the box can be opened and the sample inserted.
- Once the box is closed, the door is locked again and the sample to be tested is stored in the internal cooling compartment of the box.
Samples are regularly removed from the box by our staff to ensure that they reach the laboratory for testing as quickly as possible.
