- analysis of veterinary medicine residues
- analysis of additives (preservatives, food-colouring agents, phosphates, sweeteners, nitrites/nitrates, and other substances)
- analysis of vitamins
- allergen detection and quantification
- detection and quantification of specific proteins and DNA
- analysis of meat and fish meat content in meat/fish products
- sensory analysis of foods and feedstuffs
- microbiological and mycological examination of foods and feedstuffs
- microbiological, chemical and organoleptic testing of surface waters and human- and animal-grade drinking water
