On 20-23 October, the competition "Cup of the Central Director of the SVS" took place at the Training Centre of the State Veterinary Institute of Prague in Lysolaje.
The winners of this year's competition of knowledge and skills of secondary vocational schools specialising in veterinary medicine were the students of the Tábor Veterinary Secondary School in Kroměříž. They defended their victory from the previous three years. The competition was held for the seventeenth time this year and involved teams from eight vocational secondary schools in the Czech Republic and one from Slovakia. The winning team traditionally received the award from the hands of the Central Director of the State Veterinary Administration, Zbyněk Semerád.
