Species identification

For possible food adulteration and authentication, we offer DNA detection by PCR or ELISA for some species.

Description

Species identification by PCR is possible for the following species:
Beef (cow or bull meat can be distinguished)
Pork
Equine
Poultry (chicken)
Turkey
Goose
Duck
Sheep
Goat
Rabbit
Mouse
Feline
Dog
European deer
Dane
Sika deer
Celery

Smoked, dairy and dried products can be sent with proof of the above species.  Other species can only be certified using clean muscle or offal.

We also offer the exclusion of the presence of an animal component in vegan products.
