Sample collection by car
We offer regular and special collection of your samples by refrigerated car up to five times a week.
To make it easier for you to find your way around, we have compiled a list of collection points where samples can be handed over to our trained drivers, who will ensure the safe transport of your samples to our laboratories.
Samples can also be dropped off at other locations along the route by prior arrangement with the driver.
Distribution of sampling material, sample tubes, packaging, etc. is also available as a matter of course.
If you use our collection lines, please make sure that the samples you send meet the following requirements:
- properly packed
- legibly labelled
- send with a correctly completed application form.
If the weight limit (25 kg) is exceeded, you must inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
Memory Pet Point self-service box
You can now use a self-service box installed in the SVÚ Prague car park to collect samples for laboratory testing. The box is located on the right outside wall of the Memory Pet Point and is accessible 24 hours a day. The maximum size of the sample that can be placed in the box is 29 cm x 10 cm x 10 cm. The sample must be properly packaged along with the application form.
How do I put the samples in the box?
- Samples can be deposited in the box by entering the code number "22333" at the entrance door to Memory Pet Point.
- After entering the code, the outer box will unlock for 20 seconds (you must walk around to the right side wall of the Memory Pet Point during this time interval), after which you can open the box and insert the sample.
- Once the box is closed, the door will lock again and the sample will be stored in the internal cooling compartment of the box.
