EHV-1 and EHV-4
A viral disease caused by EHV-1 and EHV-4 viruses. It causes respiratory disease, abortion and neurological symptoms. Pregnant mares abort in the last third of pregnancy.
EHV-2
A viral disease manifested by keratoconjunctivitis, ulceration of the oesophagus, pharynx and stomach, cough, swollen lymph nodes in the head.
